2024 Saturday — Wreath Workshop

The moment I saw the flier, I was planning to attend. Of course I would not go without Mr. Fun. Of course Mr. Fun was the only male in attendance. Of course that did not bother him a bit.

Two hours this morning at the Cayucos Library filled with a little instruction, a bunch of chatter, loads of laughter, and strangers who became acquaintances and friends; one was a neighbor from our street that we did not know. That neighbor knows our house and we know hers! Now we know each other.

A gal I met on the Internet this past May, and I met her face-to-face last Sunday evening at a concert when she recognized us, came to the workshop this morning because we invited her.

Mostly I signed-up for this morning’s workshop because it sounded like fun and I like making friends. And now I have an autumn wreath! The workshop was free and all materials were supplied.
