A White.....
.....Spanish bluebell. A nice find this afternoon as I was having a wee tidy up around where the bluebells are blooming. I just had to put the hoe down, come inside and get my camera. Used the Canon 70-200 today, love that lens but don't use it a lot. I just find the Sony 18 - 600 more convenient (yes I'm a lazy photographer).
I think these whites looks so fragile but at the same time elegant....the background greens are flag irises leaves.
Google said "They occur when the flower's blue pigment is missing, making them 'albino' bluebells. It is believed a native white bluebell occurs only once in every 10,000 flowers. However white and pink versions of the Spanish bluebell are common, and can produce hybrids with our native bluebells in the wild."
