Cotswold pub lunch

A drier morning gave way to yet more rain from lunchtime onwards. I was pleased to be meeting an old friend for a lunch catch up. The restaurant was warm and cosy with this log fire. Before I headed out I had a number of follow up calls to yesterday’s video meetings. I also had e-contact with my friend who works in Lebanon. It is an anxious time although his life proceeds as normally as possible at the moment.
