Like a Kid in a Candy Store

Took my wife for a hospital appointment this morning. It's only 10 minutes away from Penarth, so afterwards we made our way there. We then had torrential rain which put paid to our planned walk. Instead, we ended up in a nice cafe in the lovely Windsor Arcade, where I spotted these two outside a wonderful, traditional, sweet shop.
