Autumn

Coming down the plane steps at Edinburgh airport this afternoon after our few days in Berlin it was obvious from the chill that we have moved into Autumn.

A walk down the garden when we got home certainly confirmed it with the silver birch having deposited thousands of leaves on the grass below - the lawn mower will need to come out in the morning.
