Blue Sky & Golden Grass

There was something moving about in the pond this morning (maybe a newt) but by the time I got out it had vanished. So I took a handful of shots of the pampas grass in the warm (coloured) sun...and one of a water lily.
They are over here.

There was a phone call from the Occupational Therapist this morning - was it okay to come round between 1 and 2pm?. 
Of course!
She was a wee bit late but that was okay.
She had a bit of a chat and explained that she would have a look around and give some advice on dressing, showering, sharing cooking etc, 
After talking to us for a while she decided that we were quite able to do without her advice - but she will have the speech therapist call .....fine by us (much more useful).

We have been for a short walk and a small shop (and eaten some of that superb cake we were given yesterday) and I managed to get SWMBO to chuck out some 'stuff'. It is still a long way to go though.
