Occ health

Mr R gave me alift to my occ health appointment this morning.  They have two buildings, I went into the wrong one first. Hence the stairs. She wants me to have a phased return to work. She's a mum to a special needs child and doesn't want me throwing myself back in too quickly and I'm not ready for that. So I'm still off until the 7th October.  She is also referring me to their physio and I should have a appointment in a fortnight.  

I walked over to dalscone today. First time in a month. I can't keep denying the wildlings. They had a lovely time with their friends. We're not long home . 

Although I'm not at work at the moment.  I'm still in the loop. My friend had her knuckles broken today. Not good. And the same student as my accident. I do miss my students and my job. And I'm looking forward to when I go back . 

Busy night now trying to get all the wildlings fed and then bathed.
