Sun dried tomatoes

A busy day today. I wanted to use up some of my tomato glut so put them on a dehydrate setting in my Ninja. You can see the result. After that, I started the prep for my evening meal as brother J was visiting before a trip south. Then I went off to a committee meeting for my WI. My return home meant the cooking started in earnest. J had arrived just before I got home and he acted as my sous chef, which was helpful. The dinner was very tasty.
