Toilet & Tap Tuesday?

I’m not often so taken with a toilet that I steal a snap, but I was and I did (location secret!). Vibrant colours, sparklingly clean, all fitments in good working order, everything you need from such a facility.
I was mildly interested to note they described it as a ‘restroom’, which if it had a chair, or banquette, perhaps a potted plant even, might have been more fitting, but none of these were present, and neither did I require them.

Still, better that than the ludicrous ‘bathroom’ descriptor applied by friends across the pond… these public conveniences never have baths so why such odd linguistic prudeness? (‘washrooms’ is okay I guess, and even I no longer wear something requiring a cloakroom for temporary storage!)
