Tuesday: Offices

Belmopan doesn’t have a lot in the way of office blocks but here is one of the few. Belize has built up quite an industry in call centres, such as this one.  They’re a bit divisive - pay is at minimum wage and working conditions aren’t great.  But it’s cheaper to run them here than in the States which is why there are a fair few.

I didn’t sleep particularly well last night so spontaneously worked from home.  I did make it to the gym though so am feeling pretty smug about that.
