Practice and maths!

One of the biggest millinery challenges is getting a comfortable fit for a wire headband. The course I started last Wednesday and am continuing tomorrow took us through making our own for a perfect fit.
It took about 90 minutes for us to work alongside the tutor making the headband in a ‘couture fashion’ binding with cotton, but today I’ve experimented with the maths, and also using surgical tape and I’m quite pleased how I managed to replicate and speed up the process

Now I just have to paint it my hair colour before the next session
