I worked something out last night

Anti inflammatories are making a difference 

I sat at my desk and other people brought me water or coffee or both.  For that I was grateful 

I walked slowly and carefully to the loo

I was probably out of my face on drugs most of the day 

Made a mistake and sent Tooli a photo of a Zimmer frame brought from the warehouse for my enjoyment. 

She immediately responded with 'if you are using that I will be on the next plane home'

Much as I would love to see her. I explained it was through for a Joke - although I will admit it was a great help for standing up and down 

I hope it's getting better
