Geocaching trip to Liverpool
We went to finish off two adventure lab caches and grab the two bonus caches. There were only 8 in total but it was something we needed to do to get it out of the way.
The caches were uninspiring as a whole but one of the bonuses turned up a photo opportunity.
At any rate, we had get together and a bit of exercise. Best of all, we didn't get wet as we dodged the rain.
Terry hasn't used the new washing machine and I had 2 loads to do to this morning. One was not far from finished when I explained to him how to put the second load on while I was out. I showed him what to do twice. All he had to do was load the clothes which were in a pile ready, press the on button, move the dial to the right a couple of places to "colours" and press the temperature button to reduce it from 40 to 20. The washer loads its own washing liquid so he didn't have to do that even.
I came home to the first load almost dry and the second load dripping and soaking. They are still so wet even after being pegged out that they will take 2 days to dry. I will have to peg them out again tomorrow! God knows what he set it on but they hadn't had much of a spin, if any! Two pairs of my socks had what looked like bits of biscuit on them - God only knows - had to wash them again. He swore that he did exactly as I'd said but he mentioned "delicates wash" - eh? I never mentioned a delicates wash and never use that as it takes almost 3 hours and I have few delicates. He said he can never do anything right - well, what can I say?! Not sure I trust those clothes to be clean now. If you want a job doing.....ha ha.
