Work station

Sweetart beat us all first thing in the morning with the date! 24.9.24

I was up and ready to leave with G without any stress today. :))

We drove to work and soon remembered that the Gulf Food Green exhibition started yesterday. The traffic around the Trade Centre was busy, to say the least. G navigated it well, but several people were delayed getting to work. I had a meeting with my line manager at 8:15 but it didn't happen until 8:40!

The rest of the day passed happily. I left after lunch and continued at home. I have since heard that it took some colleagues hours to get home, so we have been informed that we can work from home for the rest of the week to maximise time.

I didn't get a photograph of the manic traffic in the morning, so a different angle of my new-styled desk is an emergency blip. I love the light in my room in the afternoon, especially as the sun gets lower in the sky. The car is the shade for longer periods as well, in the bay that we so carefully picked when given the opportunity. :)))
