I don't see enough!

        Both Kat and I were mildly gobsmacked at seeing this Gent here. Jerra informed us that he was not at all unusual. 
        SO, on the few I've seen this was far from my norm.  By. way. of illustration - the few Pheasant I have seen all looked like this, with or without a white ring round his neck.
