OOMPH!

Girl's high school volleyball.  Here a home team player is returning a volley from the other side of the net...and she's putting in more than the usual amount of effort.  Definitely an oomph moment.

Unfortunately, the home team ran into a buzz saw and lost all three games (best 3 out of 5).  It turned out that the opposition was/is the top ranked D3 team in the state.
