Birthday Cake

Routine blood tests for my husband and then a morning of paperwork.
 
The afternoon was spent at the Saffron Walden u3a fortieth birthday party. It went exceptionally well, the nibbles and tea and coffee as well as the entertainment, birthday cake and Prosecco all went smoothly.
 
Today’s picture is of the cake. I brought home a slice of cake for my husband, so his picture today is of him eating it.
 
The temperature at noon today was sixteen degrees Celsius.
