Forsythia....

....just a small plant which mum gave me as a seedling. It's slowly growing producing lovely vibrant yellow flowers before the arrival of the leaves. 

Exceptionally windy today, not good for me. I found myself down low sheltering from the wind as best as I could, waiting for a slight lull to capture these tiny flowers.
