Augmented Reality Sat Nav

I've been  in lots of other people's car going to appointments over the past few weeks. Most are much newer and posher than my fiesta with all sorts of fun tech.  Best has to be A and S's new mercedes which, alone with lots of other stuff, has an argumented reality sat nav, mixing real time camera images with direction instructions. 

Perhaps less useful are the blue or red lights on those rather ugly airs vents.  The colour changes when you increase of decrease the temperature setting.
