when i looked into the garden this morning my eye fell on the colouring dogwood leaves….the main one in extra, with the red wood branches with raindrops….but i used a cut out from it as my main to just enjoy the beauty of colour…..

i had my first shower after the event a month ago this morning….oh such bliss!, i also decided to stop walking with the zimmer and start with my rollator….much easier!

in the afternoon C came to see me, we had a lovely time……

today is the last day of the council care….so from tomorrow i’ll have 2x 30 minutes Ashwood care…..an adventure…..
