Beautiful Things

Well, off to work I went, very excited to see everybody.

I spent a lot of the first part of the day saying hello to people as they came to welcome me back.  It was lovely. 

Then off to a coffee morning as it was Kate's birthday at the beginning of the month and some ladies were putting a coffee morning together for her, and invited me to join them.  How kind.  

We met at Silva Spoon in Cotton Tree.  I've been before my sister-in-law Jenny.  A truly lovely spot.  The display shelves are something else!  This is just one bit of the coffee shop, which is really a 'tea-shop'.

Back to work just after mid-day and by about 3pm I was ready to go home, feeling quite tired and sleepy.  But I persevered and made it through till the end of my day, but boy did I crash when I got home.  Basically vegetated for the rest of the evening on the couch.
