Lettuce

And a very pleasant day! I met an old friend over on the east side for lunch. She’s a delightful young woman who was my assistant at the botanical garden. Three other friends and I have started playing Mahjong on Sunday nights. We’re just learning but it’s a lot of fun. When I got home I realized that I hadn’t yet posted a blip for today. I’m happy to report that it’s lettuce season in the garden again!!
