I went to see the heptologist today who told me that I have an advanced stage of Cirrhosis. He told me to stop drinking and to lose weight or it may kill me.

My good friend Martin took me to the hospital for a 915 appointment. We left at 8 and just made it. I had a specialist scan then a chat with the doc, who was very kind and suggested that my infection in the 70s and 80s of Hep B and Hep C maybe the main contributor to my current condition. Home via Beckley for a steak and then home for tea and sleeps.

My year is getting worse. Will tell you about my heart problem when I hear from Hammersmith Hospital.. Which shouldn't be too long now.

Martin was his good self and wheeled me around today at the hospital. My AF has returned and I can hardly walk because of breathlessness.
