Door of the Day - two

A derelict door, or at least one that is not used very often!
Coral Street in Saltburn. Evening dog walk. The whole house looked pretty sad to be honest. There are quite a few scattered up and down like this in the ‘jewel streets’ and a considerable number are under renovation.

We had a garden afternoon, four ‘grasses’ that I’d bought some time ago and eventually got round to getting them planted. See extra for one of them. We’ve also been collecting some pebbles and placed them out too, the colours and patterns are so varied.

Greg has been hard at it all day again in my study. He’s done 80% of this third assignment he thinks and just sent it to me for comment, so I shall have a look over the next few days. He’s off back south tomorrow morning, it’s been lovely having him with us. Next time - early November, he’s bringing Gabby and her and I will have a few hours to ourselves to go shopping whilst he does some follow up project planning :-)

A grey day, but it hasn’t rained here. Almost got the washing dry on the line outside. If only I’d put it out an hour earlier!
