And the really heavy rain brought down a lot of the Virginia creeper in front of the French door - will have to trim it tomorrow. Roses looking very battered too. Went to Morrisons for a quick shop this morning. Thought I’d make some macaroons from yesterday’s blip book but apparently they don’t stock rice paper any more. They had lots of very unusual stuff in the baking section but no rice paper. Not wanting to spend the morning going to other supermarkets I came home and ordered a pack of it off eBay.
