A Taste Of Autumn

As today is the autumn equinox, I thought I’d include some seasonal flavours in this lunchtime salad. In the centre is a slow-roasted tomato, topped with a mixture of crème fraiche and horseradish. Beetroot and apple to garnish, plus olives and feta cheese, served with some homebread bread - simple and very satisfying.
