The theme ( as last week ) was on creation & preservation of the earth & things we can do to help like recycling for instance.

I've just walked ( struggled) a few paces round to put my rubbish & recycling out for A to put ready for Tuesday collection.by the time I'd got back I was worn out. Can't believe how it's taken it out of me. But if you don't use it you loose it, so I must struggle on for my own sake.
