Australian place names

We bought the tea towel in Uralla. It lists some of the small centres around Uralla. We liked it because it illustrates the rich diversity of Australian place names.

‘Uralla’ means ceremonial meeting place in the language of the Anaiwan or Kamilaroi people who are the traditional custodians of this land.
