Wet street

EB! Hadn’t taken a picture today so this is the painting above my bed which is rather beautiful when looked at more closely than a cursory glance. Had a lovely afternoon taking Tasha in the car to home territory and walking round the William yard and to the sea front and dropping in to the flat to change thd batteries in the thermostat in the kitchen! On the way back drove up to see Richard who was up and dressed and sitting on the bed. He was expecting Alex and Amie, his son and daughter in law, and they were going to take him out! It was lovely to see how well he responded to them and wanted to go out having just given me the usual catalogue of difficulties.

I went to see Pauline along the road and had a cup of tea in the garden and she then came over for dinner and brought Rummikub with her! When she helped me clear the lounge I said she could take it for the church fair! There were no instructions so I looked online and we played a couple of rounds! It is a numbers game like rummy and fast paced but I must admit I prefer scrabble!
