Hope

Much as I’d like to say that this lovely painting is one of mine, it isn’t…it’s by an Alan Clark, as were many of the pieces on display in our holiday house. I think he was the previous owner (but I assume not the Tory MP, who would, I’m sure, have had a much grander place and also would have been far too busy doing, ahem, ‘other things’ to spend time on anything artistic - but correct me if I’m wrong).
