Airedale memorial

Who knew Airedales served in WW1, this sculpture at Easthaven enlightened me.
This morning I did a warm-up and then very slow parkrun (possible a PW for a running one) and then continued at much the same pace for another 7 miles. It was misty a cool and not much good for pics on the run but I made it round. 
In the afternoon we delivered son's birthday present and then had a short walk at Easthaven, making it more than 13 miles in the day for the legs so I should manage my half marathon next month.
