Three!!

Look carefully and you’ll see not one, not two, but three hedgehogs! Heard the kitten biscuit saucer being shuffled about on the patio, pulled back the curtain and discovered this prickly little family. Not easy to get a pic, but the moment had to be recorded, I’ve never seen three together in the garden before.

Have spent most of the day catching up on computer work. A muggy day of sunshine and torrential downpours, reaching 19 degrees, but none of the forecast thunder. Two days of yellow weather warnings for heavy rain have brought out the slugs, enormous ones, everywhere, and we’ve two more very wet days still to come. Maybe I should stop feeding the hedgehogs so they start eating the slugs!
