Farewell, Summer

As much as I welcome fall, I’m sad to see summer coming to an end. Autumn officially arrives tomorrow! • Today I cut back poppies and clematis, packed away the trellis, plus picked tomatoes, lots of tomatoes; And…our baby caterpillar is well and growing :) • We have three hardy hibiscus plants, all planted about five years ago. The red and pink one bloomed last month, but the white one opened this week. Although sunshine has been fleeting today I caught a burst midday. So pretty :) • Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
