My day

What a super summer day. A swim at Lowestoft with Charlotte's swimming pals; in the sea at 8.30am. There were a few big waves but it was lovely to be able to swim. Charlotte and I really enjoyed it. We then watched the runners along the prom as we walked back to Pakefield, stopping on the way for an outdoor breakfast.
This afternoon Charlotte continued with her upcycling while I sat and enjoyed the sun.
I'm having such a wonderful time.
