Three Wet Leaves

The day after the day before, an emergency garden blip as I have been struggling for inspiration today. Looks more impressive viewed large.

I did dodge the rain this morning and walked down to the square to collect our prescriptions. There were lots of sandbags in evidence. Many of the houses along the high street have living areas well below the road level. I hope there wasn't too much flooding. I saw a video on the local Facebook showing a torrent of water flowing along the main street.

I did motivate myself to do a major clean of the en suite, and broke the shower shelf in the process. I feel a bit knackered now.

In other news Pompey lost again, after leading 0-1. It was a better performance with a few key players back, but let down by some poor substitutions, no strength in depth. We lost 2-1, with the winning goal coming in the 94th minute. Nearly bottom in the table now.
