Water wheel

L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue I think! Cycled up to Carpentras & about three times round trying to get in with all routes closed due to some kind of festival with everyone dressed up looking like they’d come out of Little House on the Prairie. I’m sure there was a sensible explanation :-) Only added ten miles on our route after all.
