The Autumn Equinox

Our lovely yoga teacher E includes all the season changes in her meticulously planned classes. In the winter E sometimes brings in candles and fairy lights, in the Spring daffodils make an appearance and she brought in some locally grown cottage flowers to class in the summer. Today we had fallen leaves and chestnuts to welcome in the Autumn Equinox.

It’s been a warm and sunny ‘Indian Summer’ kind of day. M and I enjoyed a leisurely lunch with friends and are now enjoying the end of the day in the summerhouse.

It’s the 1940s weekend here, so tomorrow I hope to get out with my camera and take a few snaps.

PS: Just added an extra of Ziggy in the garden.
