Local marine life. Mermaids live here!

Spotted  this morning on Wigan Borik pier.  

Had a swim.  Most peculiar water effect, top layer cold, bottom layers warm.  Met some fishes, as in extras.
Other extra:  They never caught up despite his valiant efforts.
