reflection....

I went for a long walk along the river today on the tow path!  It was very still and the reflections were great - how I wish I had my camera here!  My sister can't find the camera I left here so I am making do with the phone!

This evening I had an MRI scan to check how my pancreas is doing!  I hate these scans as they are really noisy but I am glad to have it over!
