New Orleans souvenir

I was reminded of this plate that we bought in New Orleans some years ago, as Penni has recently spent a few days there. We had an amazing time soaking up the jazz that can only come from there.
I'm not being very good with blipping at the moment, so forgive me for not always commenting.
Hubby T had a Barium meal on Friday, and a gastroscopy is not needed. He does have a small hernia which is causing his problems but medication will help. No op needed thankfully.
My head continues to spin with all the preparations before my trip - mainly writing copious notes for daughter Sally when she is here!! I keep reminding myself that it's only for eighteen days!!
Today the sun shone all day so I did a lot of washing. It has turned cold again this evening.
