Pork belly

A night away with friends for Paul's birthday. Murray cooked for us... Pork belly, black pudding and pear towers, steak, celeriac and parsnip rosti, port and blackberry sauce and ginger and horseradish sauce. Followed by chocolate brownie. Pretty awesome night!
