Eggs in the morning

Sad this morning to leave our holiday lodge but refreshed from the break.
We treated ourselves to breakfast from the on site bistro. My poached eggs with mushrooms on toast was delicious but it defeated me. Hubby had a full English and said his was great too.
We stopped off halfway home at a garden centre we’ve visited before but this time disappointed us, probably because they seemed to be focused on sorting Christmas displays.
