A busy day. I had my monthly physio back massage first thing. Returned home and tidied myself up for a trip into work. It was a meeting about the proposed changes to the uk planning system. The tide was coming in and I could see people paddling in the sea which was very off putting. The meeting went well. W was making tea when I got home. Finally out for a walk. I’ve tidied up my overflowing inbox this evening.
