One man and his dog ...

... on the beach.  After a couple of grey days, we really struck lucky this afternoon when we went for a walk on Brancaster beach.  It was really lovely to see some sunshine which made the sea so blue, even if you can hardly see it in the distance, it was so far out!

This morning we visited the Langham Dome which, as our excellent guide Mark pointed out, was the birthplace of virtual reality.  It was where the young recruits during World War II went to learn how to shoot down enemy aircraft, using the technology available at the time which would correspond with pilots using simulators today.  Langham dome is the last remaining dome in the country and the museum is a little gem, really worth checking out and visiting when in the area.
