From Beer To Bull, Eccles

Today started very grey and quite breezy so we decided on just a short run around our environs. Also, my brother has been struggling with a cold all week so we decided today would be an easy, relaxing day of reading the papers and our books and watching a bit of telly. Our go to feel good telly is The Dog House on Channel 4 and this week's opener of the new series was just as heart warming, funny and emotional as previous programmes. Bliss!
Soon enough it was time to head to the Red Bull in Eccles for our obligatory Friday pint in their garden (while the weather is still good - the sun had appeared by the time we got there) and that's where I took today's images. The red bull itself is anatomically incorrect as it has horns and an udder. It looks as if it has always been in the garden but for a number of years in actually sat on the roof. I'm sure a few drinkers, maybe worse for wear, have left the pub, looked up and not quite believed what they were seeing!
