Roses...

..For Flower Friday. This rose was here when we moved here 20years ago. No  idea of its name, the nearest I have found to its colour is Congratulations. But there is not much of a smell from it. But it is pretty and flowers every year :-) The extra is Emily Bronte and is perfumed.

This morning was aerobics class. A new routine, which was quite energetic, but fun as always. After class coffee in S'bury's. There followed a discussion on a couple of lunch dates one in November and one in December, which Wendy organises for all her classes at one of the local hotels. That was followed by shopping. Home for lunch and then left early for my RSV jab as the appointment at 4pm is right in the middle of schools out time, and traffic is always bad, and getting worse. I booked in about 20mins early and only sat for a few minutes before being called in. So in and out in no time. Go again on the 5th Oct, for the flu jab, and they are offering covid jab at the same time. So then I will be up to date.
