Monster Tractor

This beast is for launching the Exmouth lifeboat, getting it down the beach, across the first level of deeper water, across an underwater sandbank and into the second level – all a bit of a palaver for the crew, I should think.

The RNLI station was under a load of scaffolding for repairs, to the roof, I suspect.  In the Extra, the view of the station from wide expanse of very gently sloping beach.
