At last - a sunflower

So pleased to have one sunflower blooming and another on its way in the garden. They've certainly taken their time this year but here is one for Flower Friday. 

A cool and murky morning but if the last few days are anything to go by the sun will eventually break through the clouds. I hope so anyway. 

Our nephew and his daughter, our great niece, are on their way from Brighton to visit for the weekend. So exciting. There will be a few family get togethers over the next couple of days.
