Clearly Canadian

The goose was standing really close to me and my van. I think he/she was looking for a handout, but I had nothing to offer.

Every time I get a good gander at a gorgeous goose, I think back to my goose (gosling) rescue at our local millpond. Me and another guy snatched up a toddler gosling who was limping badly due to fishing wire wrapped around his/her ankle. We got a pair of scissors from the city offices, and I held the bird while he operated. While we worked, mom and dad hissed at us, but we persevered and the little one waddled off.

All systems are go for tomorrows flea market. It opens at 7 a.m., but we don't intend to get there that early. Hope it goes well.
