Community Spirit

Craig across the back from us had a load of logs delivered today. His other neighbour and Frank helped him load all the logs into his log store. Many hands make light work. When anyone on our street gets logs delivered the neighbours always help.
My new friend Liz came to play ukulele with me today, it was good fun and she’s making me do the chords I don’t like. We sang a couple of songs together and chatted. Frank joined us for a cuppa.
After she left I transplanted some plants that weren’t doing too well in the tubs. I hope the slugs don’t eat them.
